According to a wealth transfer report from Boston wealth management firm Cerulli Associates, published in June 2025, a combination of demographic and economic forces will see a record amount of wealth move from baby boomers and older Americans to heirs, widows, and charities by 2048. With this significant wealth transfer, NexGen Wealth Building asked the Boomers if they would allow us to memorialize their knowledge and experiences before they walked out the door (retire). They graciously agreed.
As our gift to the future generations, we have collected the "gems" from these Boomers and provided them in the form of informal diary-style text entries and videos.

In talking to the Boomers, we found wealth building to be more than riches, possessions, prosperity, affluence, money, funds, property, and cash. The conversations around wealth building included imparting wisdom. It is true that you cannot take the money with you when you die. Your money (wealth) is meant to be passed down through generations.
