According to a 2019 report from Cerulli and Associates, Baby Boomers (Boomers) will transfer approximately $68 trillion in assets to their heirs (mostly Gen Xers) or charitable organizations in the next quarter century. With this significant wealth transfer, NexGen Wealth Building asked the Boomers if they would allows us to memorialize their knowledge and experiences before they walked out the door (retire). They graciously agreed.
As our gift to the future generations, we have collected the "gems" from these Boomers and provided them in the form of informal diary-style text entries and videos.

In talking to the Boomers, we found wealth building to be more than riches, possessions, prosperity, affluence, money, funds, property, and cash. The conversations around wealth building included imparting wisdom. It is true that you cannot take the money with you when you die. Your money (wealth) is meant to be passed down through generations.
